My journey in real estate started back in the early eighties when I started a home restoration company repairing homes after fires & flooding in the Midwest. During the banking crisis of 2008, I was able to acquire distressed homes & rebuild them for resale. Understanding material & labor costs, it enabled me to resell them at a profit when flipping these homes. I visited Palm Coast Florida for several years before I decided to move here permanently in January of 2020, just as the pandemic was at its height. I received my real estate license shortly after & never looked back. I spend each day researching the current inventory of active homes, price reductions and new listings to the market.
